Wondering about Customary and Reasonable Fees?  Recent legislation will require clients to pay appraisers customary and reasonable fees, based on third-party surveys (excluding AMC-ordered appraisal data) or existing government fee schedules (such as VA appraisal fees).  Take a look at our Resources, for a survey by WorkingRE magazine and the VA's updated fee/turntime document for our areas.  We've ensured that our fees are in line with these, and other, sources of fee data.
